BioSync Wellness KC – Terms & Conditions (SMS Messaging)

1) Program Description

BioSync Wellness KC (“BioSync,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to individuals who provide their phone number through our online booking platform, website forms, consultations or intake forms, or service interest tools such as the “Find My Plan” quiz.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling
  • Responses to inquiries and client support
  • Follow-up related to incomplete booking steps or service questions
  • Service updates or care coordination messages
  • Occasional promotions or announcements (only if you opt in)

2) How You Opt In

You opt in by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages at the point of submission (for example during online booking, website form submission, or intake form completion).

3) Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with BioSync Wellness KC, such as appointment activity or service inquiries.

5) Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

7) Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8) Privacy

BioSync Wellness KC respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
